• Financial & Operating Statements: Bank statements, credit card processing statements, average daily bank balances, tax identification numbers, business bank account details, and repayment histories.
• Credit History & Scores: Personal and business credit reports obtained from major credit reporting bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Physical Verification Data: In limited circumstances, physical site visits or property documentation may be conducted to confirm business operations.
• Account Updates & Renewals: When existing customers request additional capital or loan renewals, updated financial documentation may be requested.

Sharing of Information

When you submit an inquiry or loan application to BitX Capital, you authorize Bitxfunding, LLC and our pre-approved marketplace lenders, funding partners, and technology service providers to review your submitted information.

If our primary options are unable to fulfill your request, we may match your basic contact information (name, business name, phone number, email, requested funding amount) with vetted secondary funding partners to explore alternative capital solutions.

Security of Information

The security of your personal and financial data is a top priority at BitX Funding. We employ industry-leading technical and administrative safeguards, including:
